Interactive Guided Imagery (IGI) is a therapeutic technique that uses the imagination to explore thoughts, emotions, and inner wisdom for healing and personal growth. Through a structured dialogue, a trained facilitator helps individuals access their subconscious mind, uncover insights, and develop solutions to challenges. This mind-body approach is widely used for stress reduction, emotional healing, and enhancing overall well-being.
